PAYMENT POLICY

Payment Policy

Effective Date: 20.11.2025 | Last Updated: 26.09.2026

1. About This Policy

This Payment Policy explains how MARKETRONIX LTD handles payments for the credits that pay for builds on Ratify. We are committed to providing secure, transparent, and compliant payment processing for all our customers.

2. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Visa - Credit and debit cards
  • Mastercard - Credit and debit cards

Card payments open at launch. Until then no card can be charged on Ratify and no credits can be bought; this policy describes how payments work once card payments are switched on.

3. Payment Processing

Card payments are handled through our payment service providers, built to the following standards:

  • Card payments are routed through payment infrastructure built to PCI DSS standards
  • We do not store your full card details on our servers
  • All payment information is encrypted using industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption
  • Transactions are protected by 3D Secure authentication when required

By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the specified amount for the credits you have selected.

4. Pricing and Currency

You pay in the currency you choose: Euro (EUR) or US Dollar (USD), from the selector in the header. Bundles are priced in euro; in dollars, the price is the euro price at that day's rate, and it is shown before you pay.

The charge is taken in the currency you chose, at the figure shown at checkout. If your card is in yet another currency, your bank or card issuer applies its own rate and any fee when it converts that charge.

Besides the three bundles, a single top-up can be any amount from €1 to €20,000, or from $1 to $20,000 if you pay in dollars. The credits it buys are worked out at the rate of the largest bundle the amount reaches.

Prices are shown in euro or US dollars, whichever you pick in the header. Dollar prices are converted from euro at a current exchange rate, and you pay in the currency you picked.

  • We reserve the right to change our prices at any time
  • Price changes will not affect existing orders or credit purchases

5. Credit-Based System

Ratify operates on a credit-based payment model: credits are the currency of the pipeline, spent on a build when you accept its estimate.

  • Credits are purchased in advance and used to pay for builds
  • A build costs the engineer-hours in its estimate times 400 credits; an engineer-hour is €26.64 to €39.20 depending on the bundle the credits came from
  • Credits are non-transferable and non-exchangeable
  • Credits do not expire
  • Unused credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase (subject to our Refund Policy)

6. Billing and Invoices

Your record of a purchase lives in your account, not in your inbox:

  • Every purchase appears on your credit statement the moment it completes, with the balance it left behind
  • Your credit statement is the billing record: it lists every purchase with its date, amount and the balance it produced
  • We do not email receipts. Nothing about a purchase depends on a message arriving

7. Delivery

Ratify sells no physical goods, so no order involves shipping, carriers or a delivery address. Credits are added to your balance as soon as a payment completes, and a delivered build is a live link and a code link posted inside your account. There are no country-based shipping restrictions; availability of the platform and of particular payment methods can still vary by country for regulatory or payment-processing reasons.

8. Payment Authorization

When you make a payment:

  • You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method
  • You confirm that sufficient funds are available
  • You authorize us to charge the specified amount
  • You agree to our Terms and Conditions

9. Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

  • The failure is shown to you on the spot, at checkout, with the reason the issuer gave
  • Your credits will not be added until payment is successful
  • You may retry the payment with the same or different payment method
  • We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with repeated failed payments

10. Security and Fraud Prevention

To protect you and our business:

  • Our payment provider screens transactions for fraud on our behalf
  • Suspicious transactions may be held for verification
  • We may request additional identity verification for unusually large purchases
  • We reserve the right to refuse any transaction we believe to be fraudulent

We do not currently operate a dedicated AML/KYC verification program of our own - at our size, fraud and payment-risk screening is handled by our payment processor. If that changes, this policy will describe what is requested, when, and what happens to the documents.

11. Chargebacks and Disputes

In case of payment disputes:

  • You are always free to raise a payment dispute or chargeback directly with your card issuer — nothing in this policy limits or delays that right
  • If you contact our support team first, we will work to resolve the issue quickly and fairly, but reaching out to us is optional and never a precondition for disputing a charge
  • We investigate every chargeback we receive and may provide evidence to our payment processor, but filing a chargeback does not by itself put your account at risk

12. Data Protection and Privacy

Your payment data is protected:

  • We comply with GDPR and UK data protection laws
  • Payment information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy
  • We only share payment data with authorized payment processors
  • Card details are tokenized and never stored in plain text
  • You can request deletion of your payment data (subject to legal retention requirements)

13. Changes to Payment Policy

We may update this Payment Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
